I was able to be one step removed from the interactions within the sale process that I just did not need to know about. Kylie was there to show comparative properties and I was invited to go and look over other properties for comparison. Market fluctuations were explained as to the condition at the time. Preparation requirements, the important things like breathing. Kylie was able to keep me at arms length from what I just did not need to know and I was very happy with her choices and decisions along with my involvement in those.
