Noel made me trust his selling skills much more than a few other agents I discussed when making decisions whom to give this job. Most important was that he gave me impression that he appreciates value of my hose but also that he has high skills in talking to buyer and really working for my interest. Also Noel did expect only minimum of my investment before selling which shows his own confidence in what he is doing. Noel is kind, efficient and great communicator. His team is great too. Noel helps discussing financial scheme regarding other issues relevant to house price. Simply - I felt Noel is on my side. When I responded to the promotional flier in my letterbox stating that if I were planning to move then Actons could help me, I didn't anticipate such a prompt response to my phone call, nor an agent who appeared to be in tune with the property and what it had to offer. The sale was achieved with minimal disruption to me, no ugly signs on the verge, no endless Home Open occasions and no auction. Wonderful! And to top it off Noel introduced me to a small apartment which had a lovely outlook, was close to public transport if needed and which met my needs. And in keeping with the flier he facilitated that sale too and indeed help me make the move I needed to make. I could not have asked for better.

Noel has, over the past 10+ years, undertaken a number of property transactions for Stacey and myself including the purchase of our family home, 23 The Promenade, in 2006 and it's subsequent sale in late 2015. In between times Noel also sold one of our investment properties, a 4x2 in Samson.
