We had an excellent experience with Norman and his team. He was highly professional, personable transparent, and very diligent in answering our questions -a pleasure to deal with in every respect. We would not hesitate to deal with Norman again in the future.

Norman was a pleasure to deal with from the start to the finish of our property sale. Always professional, with wonderful attention to detail, excellent local knowledge, quality marketing and thorough communication. Norman achieved a great result for our sale and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him and his team.

Norman is very professional, straightforward and responsible the amount of detail he provided was phenomenal. It's been a smooth and pleasant experience with Norman, I would recommend Norman and his team to anyone that needs a real estate agent.

Norman was very professional under the most trying conditions through the Covid-19 pandemic and with a meticulous marketing campaign we achieved an incredible sales result, 20% above the set reserve price. Norman's strengths lie in his attention to detail, honesty, salesmanship, ongoing communication and negotiating skills. I would highly recommend Norman to any person looking to sell their property. I look forward to working with Norman in the future.

Norman has worked in the area for quite some time and it shows in his exceptional knowledge and experience with the local market. His planning was meticulous especially considering these difficult Covid-19 times. It was a fantastic outcome and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend him.

Norman demonstrated his knowledge of property and the market when he presented a plan to sell our tricky battle-axe property. In addition to this he was able to guide us through an uncertain Covid market. He was generous with his time, answered all our questions, and attended every open home himself! He was honest the whole way through and set himself high but realistic expectations. A rare find to have someone with the integrity and professionalism Norman possesses.

Great knowlege and very helpful. Thank you Norman.

Norman is very professional and goes out of his way to provide his clients with the best possible results

Thank You Norman for a wonderful result on the sale of my fathers house. It was a difficult time for us and I really appreciated the professionalism and care and respect you gave me right from commencement to end. Your knowledge of the area and your advice were very helpful. Thank you for the constant support and always being available. We sold during very uncertain times with Covid -19 and I appreciated your quiet assurance and encouraging attitude which gave me confidence throughout the process.

Norman did a superb job, helping us sell our home. He made the whole process easy and enjoyable. Norman will negotiate the best price for you and will always be on your side. Norman is straight to the point, communicating with us on all steps along the way. He is one of the most honest agents I have worked with, which was a very important factor in our selection.

We listed our property with Belle Strathfield based on their reputation as the leading selling agents in the Strathfield area, and after having observed three auctions conducted by Belle in which Norman So was involved, and after having looked at a few other agencies and their auctions. Norman was closely involved in our sale from the beginning, including in the design of a sustained selling campaign which went for 33 days. Norman put a lot of time and energy into the open houses held twice a week in the four weeks before the auction and on the day of the auction. He contacted several potential buyers who had attended previous auctions, and most of these buyers came to the open houses to meet Norman, and most came to the auction. There was intense competition between six or so bidders, and one of the buyers introduced by Norman was one of the last two bidders, and these two bidders took the final price to a very, very high level. The result was a clear record for the street for properties of about 1000 sq m and in terms of $/sq m, and at the time it was the highest house price achieved in Strathfield in 2020. Norman’s hard work and his considerable knowledge and insights into the Strathfield market were a big factor in a fantastic result.

I cannot overstate how impressed my family and I were with Norman So and his team. Norman was recommended to us by a friend, and we are delighted that we acted on the advice: Norman was friendly and accessible at all times, open and prompt in his communication, and he worked hard to draw interest to our property from all sorts of areas. We could not be happier with the result of our auction, and we attribute a huge part of our success to Norman's superlative efforts. I should also mention that our sale was an extremely difficult one: the marketing campaign commenced just before the coronavirus lockdown measures were introduced, and we vendors were overseas at the time. Despite not being able to show the house in person for most of the marketing period, and having to deal remotely with clients in another timezone, Norman found a way to prevail over every difficulty, and he made it all seem so calm and effortless, which we found immensely reassuring. Choose Norman!
