Norman is a terrific agent. He has tremendous knowledge of the local market and we really valued his advice. Norman is professional, enthusiastic and hard working. He kept us informed throughout the campaign and offered sensible, practical advice for achieving a sale. Norman and his team did a great job to sell our apartment and we were very happy with the results. We would highly recommend Norman to anyone who wants to sell their property.

Very happy with how Norman handled the sale of my unit. He was transparent from the beginning and managed our expectations. He was always contactable and provided us with regular updates. We were happy with the end result, considering buyer confidence had fallen due to COVID. If you’re looking for someone to sell your property in ten Homebush, Strathfield area, you can’t go past Norman!

Our experiences with Norman So has been positive right from the beginning. He has given us expert advise and shared with us his plan right from the beginning. We have dealt with many agents in the past so we know a good agent when we meet one. We find often the agents' agendas gets forced upon us. Norman conduct himself with honesty, sincerity and has established a strong trusting partnership which was built right from the word go. We were always kept in the loop and never felt lift out or not know what was happening with our campaign. We have achieved an exceptional outcome for us even at a time when auctions were all to be done online and the traditional tools of the trade were restricted due to COVID 19. Our property got sold well above the price we would have gotten if we went with any other agent. Another property on the same street sold just a week or two before us received a significant amount below our selling price. We will be recommending Norman and his team to our family and friends and without a question be seeking his assistance in selling/buying in the near future.

What started out as a relatively straight forward sale of my mother’s home became anything but when COVID-19 restrictions came into force only a week after it went on the market. Norman quickly adapted his strategy and managed to get a few parties interested enough to put forward offers in a market with very few buyers. The house was sold for a reasonable price given the state of the market which was a great relief to the family. From the start I found Norman to be upfront, honest and savvy, as well as very personable - qualities difficult to find in the real estate industry. I can highly recommend Norman for those looking for a great agent in the Strathfield area.

Did a fantastic job always there for you.Norman went above and beyond in helping us with all aspects of the sale of our house. Definitely recommend Norman.

I found norman very professional and helpful and thorough with all my dealimgs

I will recommend Norman to all of my friends who want to sell or buy property in inner west. Norman is so professional and trustable, my family moved to interstate and we leave everything with Norman, and we got the perfect result in very short time.

Norman is a very professional and dedicated realestate agent. We found him trustworthy, friendly, knowledgeable and very supportive and respectful throughout the whole process of selling. I will be recommending Norman So from Belle property to my family, friends and colleagues.

I would like to thank Norman So & Michael Murphy and the team of Belle Property Strathfield for selling my property with the excellent result! I would recommend Norman So to family and friends without hesitation.

I've known Norman for quite a long time and bought the current property with him. When planning to sell my other property, I chose Norman again and declined the other 3 agents without hesitatation. I was thinking I should get a fair price however to my surprise, the property was sold after only 1 open inspection and got the record-high price of the past 3 years in my street, which saves my time cost as well. Norman knows the market very well and can always help to get the very high end of your expectation.

Norman has been our agent since we first bought this property from him. It was an investment property so Norman's property management team managed our investment and they did a great job at that. When it was time to sell, who else would we trust to sell our asset? Norman is professional, knowledgeable and was with us every step of the way. Most importantly, he achieved an excellent Auction result! Thank you Norman.

Norman is very good agent. He helped us along the way for our selling process. He knows the strathfield market and buyers on the market very well and always provided us feedback after the open for inspections. He is always on time and very organised with the selling process. He provided the guidance to us along the way and we have a successfully sell on the auction day.
