Norman knows the inner west market like the back of his hand. He is consistent and adaptable. He is warm and professional. Most of all he has a good instinct for when to push and when to step back. Norman sold our 2 br apartment during one of the biggest housing downturns on record, 2 weeks before auction day, and we’re grateful for the result. Today he would be my pick to sell any inner west property up to $1.5m - but as his career accelerates I’ve no doubt he’ll excel at all price brackets.
