Novika was very helpful from day one, she was always approachable through out the buying process, and answered all my queries promptly and with 100% honesty. She is one of the best agents to work with, highly recommended.
I am really disappointed with Novika's pre and post settlement engagement. She blatantly lied about two things - Firstly, she lied that the property is on a month on month arrangement while it actually was on a fixed arrangement. Secondly - she lied about the tenant's historical rental payment pattern promising that I have got nothing to worry about. Only after a few days post the settlement, I got to know she was misleading me right from the beginning. I regret engaging with her as this caused me a lot of frustration post settlement.
I had a very positive experience with Novika. She offered expert advice that helped me through. She kept me updated all the way through and very proactive in closing the deal. I wouldn’t ever want to work with any other agent. I would definitely recommend Novika to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.
Novika was absolutely fabulous, guiding me through the whole sales process. She was friendly and professional and always willing to be helpful. The whole experience was a dream. Would highly recommend her and her team at Life In Real Estate.
