I am really disappointed with Novika's pre and post settlement engagement. She blatantly lied about two things - Firstly, she lied that the property is on a month on month arrangement while it actually was on a fixed arrangement. Secondly - she lied about the tenant's historical rental payment pattern promising that I have got nothing to worry about. Only after a few days post the settlement, I got to know she was misleading me right from the beginning. I regret engaging with her as this caused me a lot of frustration post settlement.
