Nyree threw herself into marketing and selling my property. This included dealing with difficult tenants at the start but managed to get a good showing online for the start of the marketing campaign. The property should have been an easy sell but market conditions were difficult and Nyree ended up with two offers and provided guidance (and patience) through this process, including getting contract finance conditions sorted at the end.
