Nyree has made what was a very stresful time go very smoothly and effortless. From the minute she walked into our house, I knew I wanted her as our agent as she knew the area and how to make the most of our property to buyers. She was also very comfortable and easy to talk too. We were under a deadline to sell our house in 12 weeks but after only 4 open homes we signed a contract and got little bit extra which was the cherry on the cake. On open home days I would just leave the house ready for Nyree and she would always blow out candles, close windows and lock up so I didn't need to worry about rushing back home.
