I required an agent to sell a unit in an old, small complex in an area of newer high rises. I found that OJ did a great job firstly of getting it visible quickly and targeting where he could. As some challenges started to come up such as limited interest, OJ changed the strategy and adapted to the different market conditions which attracted more interest, viewings and ultimately offers.
