The contract went okay except not organizing pre settlement inspection. Luckily there isn't any major issue in the apartment that I purchased. Small areas in the bathroom need to be fixed but can't be bother to complain as it is very minor issue. Also, the real estate was kind enough to offer complimentary professional cleaning before moving in. The professional cleaner did good job although it was booked in the last minute
