We had 3 Real Estate companies come out to the house to do their appraisal and we had an instant connection to Chee and Oliver, they were very friendly, honest and they had a lot of knowledge of the area which gave us alot of confidence in their ability to sell the house as it was a deceased estate so it was a very emotional time for us and Oliver was exceptional being very kind and thoughtful of our situation. Their appraisal was spot on, their were a several issues with to the house that had to be corrected, and Oliver had the connections to achieve them, he always was in contact with us regarding home opens even when he was away. Oliver sold the house for us in a short time, if we had to buy or sell again I would have no hesitation in recommending Oliver and Chee.

This is a very lucky and pleasant experience of buying a house. Oliver’s enthusiasm and honesty, professionalism and quick response ability have made this house-buying activity more perfect.
