we had an incredibly dissapointing experience working with Oliver to sell my apartment.His strategy was completely ineffective,he failed to generate the necessary interest to secure a successful sale To make matters worse, he only came for 5 to 10 minutes most at the opening leaving his associate alone,He always arrived late and the lack of respect for my property, because it's only an humble 2 bed. and not a mansion so not the same service. despite having a large instagram following he choose not to uused it to promoote my listing giving the impression that he deemed my apartment too humble to feature on his profile. every property deserves maximum effort,, regardeless of the price bracket and to make matter worse he did told me that he will make a feature on his instagram. We expected a proactive.polished professional to represent my property instead his associate did the work. We received an average performance and he then pushed us incredibly hard to settle for an offer lower then he had originally promised, he just wanted to move on to the next property
