This was a fairly complex transaction on my end, purchasing through my SMSF, and Cae was patient and responsive at every step, communicating clearly, following up promptly, and helping bridge the gap between myself and the vendor to get to an outcome that worked for both sides. What stood out most was his availability, he was always reachable, whether by phone or email, and never made me feel like I was being a burden despite the back-and-forth involved in a negotiation like this. He handled the process professionally and with genuine attention to detail, and I always felt like he had a good understanding of both my situation and the vendor's.
