Oliver handled everything which made it very easy for me. This is the third time I’ve used him to sell/ buy a property and I would highly recommend him. He was very good at talking me through the process and options for marketing and preparing the property for sale. He organised all the tradies eg painters, electricians, gardner and any maintenance that needed to be done. He worked well with my solicitor handling the conveyancing. The stylising and presentation of the property was fantastic.
