Oliver was great to deal with as the selling agent. Nothing concerned me during this sale. I was not referred to Oliver though contacted him directly after seeing a previous auction campaign. At the time I contacted Oliver there could have been a perceived perception I was a time waster. Not looking to sell two properties at the moment but may in the future, looking for an indication of price. Oliver was the only agent who took the time to personally inspect the properties. Other agents just did an appraisal over the phone and failed to recognise the differences to compare like for like properties.
