I found Oliver to be keen and conscientious in preparing the property for marketing. He put in extra work which would not normally be required to assist in readying a property for auction. He kept his cool in dealing with a very difficult co-owner. I was consulted and informed all along the process. He replied promptly to all requests.

I didn't rate Oliver on his Market Knowledge only because he and I didn't discuss this during our negotiations, I picked middle of the road as there was no N/A which would have assisted in this instance. I found Oliver to be very professional with good communication skills. He responded back to me on every occasion very promptly and don't believe he could have done anything further in this area. He demonstrated the willingness to go above and beyond what was required and also demonstrated that it didn't matter what time of the day it was he was very contactable. Even though Oliver is younger in age and newer to the industry this did not come through in our interactions. It was a pleasure dealing with Oliver.
