We have recently sold our property via Raine and Horne Sunbury after having it on the market for 10 months. The first 6 months were with a different agent and we didn't have a single offer. This was before 3 interest rate rises, before the war and fuel issues, and before the drop in the market overall. When we removed the first agency and chose R&H it was like using professionals instead of amateurs. For the same sign on fee they provided not only improved photos and text but also did a video and brought out a dozen people from the Gisborne and Sunbury agencies to tour the property.
