Our initial Auction did not result in a sale as buyers did not turn up for the Auction and only 1 buyer made an offer which did not meet the asking price. Omar suggested that the house go on a sale asking price and in the end the house was sold as a result of 2 interested buyers and the outcome was satisfactory.

Omar took over the sale of my property after an awful experience with another Real Estate agency in the Craigieburn area, I won't name names but they have a ton of yellow in their logo. They had tried to sell the house with the gardens completely overgrown and the house filthy and stinking, no doubt putting off a number of potential buyers. Despite those obstacles to overcome, Omar managed to sell my house via auction beyond my reserve in a very quick amount of time.
