In a difficult market Omar was extremely professional and kept us up to date at all times - in spite of getting my voicemail most times! We had a number of early offers well below expectation. However, while many agents would have used dodgy conditioning techniques to get us to take the lowball offers, Omar persevered - insisting the property was worth more. While the ultimate sale price was below the original listing price, the drop was in line with the general market decline. However, we gained tens of thousands of $ more than had we gone with the early offers. That this would have gained Omar probably only a few hundred $ extra commission leads me to conclude he genuinely acts for the vendor.
