Having previously used one of the other agents in the area I decided to speak with Omar about selling our home. Previously I hadn't considered using Omar and his team as I had the misconception that they sold mainly higher end properties and that their marketing costs would be expensive. I always felt our house would be a difficult sell due to it being a battleaxe property with no WOW factor. Instead it turned out that Omar was the most reasonably priced agents for marketing and that they were able to market our home successfully for less. Unlike most of the other agents in the area Omar offered a completely different solution to selling our home and kept our expectations at a level that avoided conflict when the market changed. He always promised to get us the best outcome from the market at the time of our sale and we felt that this was what he achieved. I often told him that if he can sell our home then he could sell any house in the area and I still believe that to be the truth. Omar stuck to his process throughout the sale of our home and although I liked to give him a little prod now and again to keep him on track , it was clear that even though the market was unstable and a bad time to sell , he and his team were professional throughout which resulted, to our delight and relief, in the sale of our home. I would happily recommend Omar and his team to all other buyers and although some other agents are now trying to copy his process and methods , why buy a copy when you can still get the original?
