Firstly let me say that I was myself a Real Estate agent for some years and owned quite a large office I therefore have high expectations when dealing with agents since then and find most not as skillful as they should be , my rating would on average be say a 3, and to give someone a 5 I have never done - but in this case with Oresti I have - Why ? I met Oresti at an open home - but actually I was late and the open home was over and the place locked up but I phoned Oresti and he came back !!! most agents never !! At that time I had sold my home through another agent unconditionally and moved my furniture and chattels out to a place I had bought in Southport - however my unconditional buyer did not settle Oresti was understanding and sympathetic of my problem as I was about to lose the Southport home as I could not pay for it Oresti was very helpful in talking to his vendors so i could rent to buy when my house finally settled or was resold- this was a great help to me at a difficult time He then did his best to sort out options with regard to my original home as in trying to get those buyers to settle and he was not getting commission for that or what to do in reselling if they did not The non settlement caused a huge problem for me but Oresti helped me through with his knowledge and skill and his negotiating finesse For all of those reasons I give him a 5 and aside from that he was pleasant to work with, talk to, a nice human being

Oresti handled a long negotiation with a FIRB (Foreign Investment Review Board) approval process with an early possession leaseback for a 10 month long settlement with non english speaking buyers for my 4 Bollard Circuit property in conjunction with another agency. I'm sure most agents would have given up. He even sold me that land I built that particular house on years earlier. He knows Clear Island Waters better than anyone else.
