5 Star - what more can I say!

Oresti handled a long negotiation with a FIRB (Foreign Investment Review Board) approval process with an early possession leaseback for a 10 month long settlement with non english speaking buyers for my 4 Bollard Circuit property in conjunction with another agency. I'm sure most agents would have given up. He even sold me that land I built that particular house on years earlier. He knows Clear Island Waters better than anyone else.

Unfortunately Oresti choose not to be deal with the property sale solely on his own as we requested and we had many problems with his associate although Oresti himself did very well and his market knowledge was excellent
