Orren is everything one hopes an agent will be when you hire them to sell your home. I was selling to relocate overseas and had a very specific window of time to sell my home. Orren’s knowledge of the market and marketing skills enabled us to achieve what I believe was a great price in a short period of time. He worked tirelessly, even taking and fetching me from the shopping centre for open homes, and did not rest until every detail of the sale was dealt with. Thank you Orren for all your hard work!

Orren has been a fantastic agent from start to finish. He constantly searched for new potential buyers during the sale of my property. He conducted himself in a very approachable and professional manner for the entirety of the sale of my property and afterwards has made himself available where I have required any further information. I recommend him for any prospective sellers or buyers for that matter. In the future, I plan on using Orren as my realestate agent again!

Orren is professional and friendly and understands the business from both the seller's and buyer's perspective. He made the experience of purchasing a property a pleasant and stress free one. I couldn't recommend him more highly. Thank you Orren.

He is very good--credble and negotiable

To Whom It May Concern, We are very grateful to Orren who has quickly resold a property that we mistakenly bought under duress coming out from a 2nd operation for the big "C". These things happen ! Orren was able to recoup most of our funds. The property actually sold for a profit but the Government Stamp Duty and transfer fees rendered the actual outcome as a loss. Orren saved the day and grey nomading will once again be possible! Thanks Orren. We have no hesitation in recommending Orren as the Top Real Estate Agent. Top Topolansky Yours Sincerely Adrienne & Dick

Great agent great job thank you

Orren was a fantastic agent not only working for the seller but also myself the buyer. The negoation on the purchase of the property was relatively easy but from then on Orren worked very hard to make sure that the deal went through. I had a lot of trouble with different financiers involved, extending settlement a number of times and getting credit approved. Orren was wonderful in helping for facilitating the sale speaking with and working with both parties till the end. Orren offered any and all assistance and I believe went above and beyond the call of duty. I would recommend this kind hearted gentleman to any prospective seller and I wish him luck in the future.

Both my wife and I found dealing with Orren was a good experience as there were many obstacles put in our way which he tactfully dealt with and brought the sale to finality. From the beginning, we were advised well about the market and what our expectation should be. The advertising, open house and target buyers were well identified leading to an offer to purchase on day 1. We highly recommend Orren to anyone interested in buying or selling property and will certainly use his talents in the future. Kind regards, Allan van den Brink.

orren was great to deal with from start to finish, really made buying the house quite easy

To Whom It May Concern Re - Mr Orren Topolansky - 5 Star Realtor. At a time in our life when health issues were causing us grief, Orren was there to assist with the sale of our property. Given a window of opportunity to travel overseas between medical procedures made it more difficult for Orren to be sure but he was excellent and achieved an excellent result. He went above and beyond the call of duty and even did some pool cleaning up in our absence. He has a very special caring and diligent attitude and he is very ethical and honest. It is so rare to encounter guys like Orren and we certainly have no hesitation in recommending him for any real estate matters. Yours sincerely, Adrienne & Dick. ( becoming Grey Nomads. )

Orren is without a doubt the most dedicated professional Agent I have encounter on the Gold Coast in the last 30 years. I am a widow on my own and was very upset at parting with my home of 32years. The sale of my home was not straight forward due to maintenance issues. Orren organized tradesmen explained what needed to be done and actually inspected their work. Orren put forward a marketing strategy, he explained in great detail over many weeks his reason for going down the AUCTION road. At no time did I feel pressured into making decisions until I was comfortable. I thank him most sincerely and thank the RAY WHITE team at Robina for looking after me. I have no hesitation in recommending Orren.

Orren has a very professional approach to every aspect of the real estate market. His communication skills are second to none, he is reliable, trustworthy and he is always there to help. Orren's is very committed to his clients ensuring a quick and speedy sale. I would highly recommend Orren to anyone looking to sell their home.
