Orren was a fantastic agent not only working for the seller but also myself the buyer. The negoation on the purchase of the property was relatively easy but from then on Orren worked very hard to make sure that the deal went through. I had a lot of trouble with different financiers involved, extending settlement a number of times and getting credit approved. Orren was wonderful in helping for facilitating the sale speaking with and working with both parties till the end. Orren offered any and all assistance and I believe went above and beyond the call of duty. I would recommend this kind hearted gentleman to any prospective seller and I wish him luck in the future.
