Owen talked the talk and walked the walk as the saying is! Very professional and knew exactly what he was speaking about, nice to have someone take the time to sit and explain each different aspect of a real estate sale today. I would not hesitate to recommend Owen and his team at Place Reality to everyone who would like a good, professional and knowledgeable experience. 10/10

Both Owen and his team were in regular contact with us ensuring we experienced a very positive outcome. Would not hesitate to recommend Owen to other prospective sellers.
We sold our house through Place Sunnybank Hills, with Owen Chen and Andy Guo being the lead agents. We received strong advice to have a short marketing campaign followed by an auction. 11 registered bidders at the auction saw the house sell for well over the reserve price. Andy and Owen were extremely hard working and followed up all potential buyers. Their diligence and good advice resulted in a fantastic outcome
Owen and his team, offered the highest level of professional service from our first meeting, until our auction completed. Jason was available to guide us through every step and made the process seamless. Auctioneer Mark was impressive and integral to the sale. Happy to recommend Owen and his team.
