I first met Oxana when I was inspecting a property to purchase while my house when getting finalized to sell. I already had an agent assigned to the sale of my house. We exchanged numbers in case there was a property more suited to me for sale. Little did I know that in that simple exchange of numbers, would transform my life. Oxana called me up several days later to get a more indepth understanding of what I wanted but also to see how the sale of my house was going. I told her I was not happy with my current agent who went against my wishes and pushed and pushed me to do an auction which I was against but stated unless I did it, they wouldn't sell my house! When I told Oxana the location of my house for sale, she immediately confirmed based on her extensive knowledge, that the location of my house would not suit the demographic of people attracted to auctions and that I needed to dramatically alter the approach to attract buyers for that area, size and style of home. Instantly, we were on the same page. I knew I needed her to sell my property. Someone who demonstrates that level of detail of suburbs, demographics and more importantly, the ability to listen to someone who isn't even her client, was essential. I immediately terminated my agent that hadn't sold my house in 7 months and handed it to Oxana. With in 24 hours, she was at the property with a vacuum, power tools, paint etc to fix up minor areas we had missed in renovation. Her incredible keen eye for detail and her outstanding desire to help the client with out being asked, really took me back! She called me and discussed in depth the approach she wanted to take to sell my house. We did it as a team and not being told what to do. I went from 0 offers to 4 offers with in 2 weeks. My house sold 41 days after she was handed the keys. She never stopped and put in every measure imaginable and it worked. She is truly incredible at her job and I will never use anyone else to buy and sell my investment houses.

Oxana does everything so outstandingly well. She applies herself 150% above normal and hence way beyond the call of duty. She is so very capable and also so very hard-working. She is very innovative, and covers all bases in her high level thoroughness. Her communication skills are way above normal.
