Genuine manner, great service and efficient team

We gave our house to different agents initially and it was on the market for 8 months. We then gave our house to Ozan to sell and it was sold within 2 weeks! Don’t go to anyone else but Ozan, he is extremely professional, efficient and effective. Thank you Ozan

Ozan promptly helped by answering our queries before the auction. He and his team also ensured a smooth settlement process. We are very happy with the overall experience we had and would strongly recommend him as a top notch professional and a very good human being.

I would like to take the opportunity to thank you and all the team, not only for the lovely gift, but for the outstanding professionalism shown throughout the sales campaign. As you know, trust was something very important to me, and I felt that I had known you for so long since your early days in real estate. Having seen you put in the hard yards early in your career delivering pamphlets and chatting to me when I was gardening, I knew that you would work very hard to achieve the best for me. Thank you for respecting me, listening to my concerns and being supportive. Your great communication, regular updates and, of course, knowledge of the local area certainly made the whole selling process much easier. It is quite an emotional experience to leave a home you have created after 41 years. I must also send my thanks to Emrah for being so attentive and lovely to talk with during the open for inspections. To Victoria, I send my thanks for her quick responses to my questions and solving technical issues when I couldn't open documents.

Ozan and the team were friendly, informative, prompt, and plainly just honourable throughout the process of purchasing my home.
