Our experience with Ozan as an Agent was very pleasant. He communicated with us all the time and nothing was too difficult for him to do to help us with regards to the Sale of our home. He always made himself available to speak to us, and if we left a message on his phone, the good thing is that he always called us back promptly. Another good thing is that he and his colleague (Victoria) sent us a written report each week, detailing each person who visited the Inspections and their individual interest status and comments. He spent much time following up with individual phone calls and input. Ozan is a very hard working young man and yet gives his time generously, to deal with all our requests and displayed a good understanding of our personal needs. There were so many occasions when he would give up time even on a Sunday, when he did not need to. He was very realistic with his knowledge on the property market and has good skills in promoting selling prices and negotiating, and is a good Auctioneer. He has a good team and Victoria needs a special mention, as she was efficient and capable in organising the home to the best presentation. We would recommend him highly to any potential Vendor, and one of the Best !
