Ozan is an amazing agent with a wonderful personality. He first contacted us to see if we were considering selling our home like all agents do. However, while we had an intention to downsize, we had no intention to sell so soon. We loved where we lived. However, in May, Ozan visited us and gave us an appraisal. Even at this point we were not ready to sell. In July, Ozan contacted us again to advise that there was a family who was looking to upsize and asked if he could bring them to see the home. We agreed. We had not even signed an Authority to Sell. The buyer came through and at first sight showed a lot of interest, we quoted the price we wanted and we they put in an offer. We signed the authority to sell and accepted the offer. After a three week wait, we were advised that finance was approved and so our house has been sold - amazing outcome and great achievement.
