First time buyer in Queensland

We arrived in the Runaway Bay area last weekend from Nelson Bay in NSW with the intention of looking at properties for sale as well as researching the area and facilities for a potential move later in the year. We were fortunately able to inspect several properties and it became clear that if we wanted to move from NSW we would have to act fairly quickly. We feel we were very lucky to come across Pam Fisher, she not only gave us a good historical information the property we were inspecting but provided us with the market conditions and the pro's and con's of living in the surrounding suburbs. We did end up buying the property and are delighted that Pam actually helped us reach our decision. We have also met other members of her real estate team and all have been extremely helpful making the purchase process fairly easy as well as giving us confidence that we have made the right decision in buying the property. Should we ever be in a position to sell or buy another property in the area we will certainly enlist Pam's services and have no hesitation in recommending her and her team to anyone else wishing to buy or sell a property.
