Prior to the auction they arranged a video inspection and extra photos of additional areas we requested, and provided any documentation we requested quickly and without fuss, making nothing feel like a problem. Post auction they arranged an in person inspection willingly. They had excellent local market knowledge and helped us buy the unit we wanted, at a price we were happy with. Pam has sold half a dozen properties for me in the past and delivered again recently on Maroochy River.

Pam acted very well for the sellers however she forgot to tell the buyers about a $25000 levy that was being imposed on each unit for the renovations to the pool area and she also told us the wrong thing about how the building getting built next door would impose on our view. She also didn't tell us about the settlement day being held up because of the sellers buying a new property which had nothing to do with our contract. Pam is quite a nice person however she needs to tell the buyers all what is happening with their purchase.
