Pat came up with amazing ideas on the best way to market our unique property. From videos to signage to leaflet drops. Nothing was overlooked. He liaised with builders, designers and was in touch with the council for all the proper guidelines on what could be built and developed for potential buyers and or investors. His dedication to following up emails and phone enquires were outstanding. We were always kept updated via our WhatsApp group and phone calls to myself always felt like I was a friend rather than a client. Pat was also very positive on always making sure he had our best interests at heart. He was an absolute delight to have sell our property with the best price achieved.
