He was excellent at discerning buyers capacity to increase their offers and extracting the maximum value from the buyers. Pat came up with amazing ideas on the best way to market our unique property. From videos to signage to leaflet drops. Nothing was overlooked. He liaised with builders, designers and was in touch with the council for all the proper guidelines on what could be built and developed for potential buyers and or investors.
