Pat worked harder for me than any agent I have encountered before. He ran four home opens in the first week and kept me well informed on the buyer interest and feedback. Many of the offers on my property were subject to sale and Pat took the time to inspect the properties of the buyers so he could provide feedback on the strength of the offers based on the likelihood of the each buyer selling their property at their desired price. Pat negotiated with all potential buyers (not just the higher end ones) to maximise the offers I received. He was excellent at discerning buyers capacity to increase their offers and extracting the maximum value from the buyers. Pat provided expert guidance and advice throughout the sales process but was also receptive to incorporating my preferences for marketing, negotiating etc. I was extremely impressed with Pat, would definitely use him again and would highly recommend to others. Most importantly, the sale price Pat achieved exceeded my expectations.
