Pat tirelessly pursued the sale of my house. It took a while, but he did not lose heart and put a lot of effort into introducing prospective buyers and negotiated both ends professionally. As I was in Sydney, I couldn’t be of much help, but he took care of it all – Much appreciated.

We purchased our first home off Pat and the experience in comparison to other agents we had delt with was tremendous. He wasn't out to muck us around he was simply there to get a quick sale that suited both us and the owner. I would recommend Pat and First National at Oxenford to anyone. The only part of the process I found slightly disappointing was on settlement day we didn't receive as much as even a key ring as a courtesy 'thanks' or 'congratulations',which was unlike any experience I'd heard about from friends.
