Pat tirelessly pursued the sale of my house. It took a while, but he did not lose heart and put a lot of effort into introducing prospective buyers and negotiated both ends professionally. As I was in Sydney, I couldn’t be of much help, but he took care of it all – Much appreciated.

We purchased our first home off Pat and the experience in comparison to other agents we had delt with was tremendous. He wasn't out to muck us around he was simply there to get a quick sale that suited both us and the owner. I would recommend Pat and First National at Oxenford to anyone. The only part of the process I found slightly disappointing was on settlement day we didn't receive as much as even a key ring as a courtesy 'thanks' or 'congratulations',which was unlike any experience I'd heard about from friends. The service was wonderful but sometimes it's the little details to close the sales that matter too.

Pat sold us a property back in 2013 and we were impressed then by his professionalism, so it was only natural that when we decided to move on from that property that we would select Pat as our agent. We were not disappointed - we sold a week after the property went on the market and Pat kept us informed every step of the way. We would recommend Pat as a person of integrity and an all-round nice person to deal with.

Pat has sold 2 homes for us. He is a man of integrity and honesty. I cannot recommend Pat highly enough.
