Pat is a reliable agent. He is very active and patient. He worked hard to help both vendor and purchaser. He couldn't create a market the vendor likes to expect but he did try his best.

Pat is good at replying and also following up to put my property on the market. The end result was below expectations of what Pat indicated to me prior.
