We were very happy with the service provided by Pat Zoccali throughout the negotiations. Pat was extremely patient, straight forward and guided us through every aspect of the purchasing process. His follow up with us was flawless and we really felt he cared about our needs and concerns. I know that Pat was commissioned to work for the vendor, but I certainly felt he was going out of his way to ensure both parties were very happy with the end result
