Having bought a fair few properties in my time, I would say I'm somewhat hard to impress. I have almost come to expect to feel shortchanged when dealing with real estate agents especially from the perspective of the buyer. I am really pleased that this time we were buying through Pathrina as the property, as properties sometimes do, presented some late quirky problems that needed great communication and negotiation skills to work through. Pathrina did this quickly and efficiently, creating a fair outcome and keeping everything on track for settlement day. I would have no hesitation in recommending Pathrina or using her to sell a house. She is reliable, patient, personable and a great negotiator. She managed to get full asking price out of me and that aint easy!
