Pathrina went way beyond her brief as our agent. She gave us sound advice on what we should do and liaised with the tenants to keep them onside during the sales process. Pathrina was absolutely marvellous to deal with. The process of buying a house is usually a stressful one and my experience has been that Agents generally add to the stress not take it away. Dealing with Pathrina was a completely different experience altogether. She put us at ease and communicated clearly with us. She obviously had an excellent working relationship with her vendor and this made the buying process simple and stress free.
