We appreciated the advice Pat gave us re preparing the property for sale. We also like that Pat never pressured us to drop the price so that he could get a quicker sale. He was prepared to "go the distance", ensuring that both ourselves and the new owners were happy. The only thing we would have liked, was to be kept updated (by Pat or one of his staff) a bit more, even if there was 'no news'.
