Patrick sold my parents' home in an independent living estate. It was the home where our parents enjoyed their time after retirement. Patrick maintained the pace and decorum we desired and took time to understand what we wanted, which was to maintain a dignity in the process. We bought our first home through Patrick. I was told prior to buying that the whole process of buying a property not to mention your first was stressful however with Patrick that wasn't the case, he communicated highly and consistently through out and even while he was moving offices during our settlement he still always found the time to allow us to re inspect. The only thing I didn't like was the blind bid process as you don't know other offers and could be over bidding a lot more than the previous highest bid. Over all it was a pleasure meeting you Patrick thank you for everything.

After two of my three children bought their own homes and moved out, I made the decision to sell our family home in Point Cook in order to downsize. I’d heard from friends about some real estate agents who would say one thing to make you feel comfortable but then would intimate you into selling for a lower price. I was apprehensive but when Patrick came over to my home to value it and he was extremely friendly and relatable from the minute he walked in. My dogs don’t like strangers and bark, and he even managed to make them feel at ease. Patrick organised a VIP night for people to come through to inspect the house. I received a call a day later and the house sold for the price that exceeded my expectations. I was so happy that Patrick was able to sell the house so quickly without advertising! We did have a terrible conveyancer that made the entire situation an unfortunate one, but Patrick was there for support the whole way through. He’s a great, reliable person who truly cares. He is open, honest and is a great communicator. I’m an advocate and would recommend to my family and friends.
Patrick is a great communicator....this is in my opinion his greatest asset!!! He gave us advice and tips in relation to preparing our property for sale, which I believe gave our property a great advantage. Furthermore, he listened to our thoughts which brought about transparency and honesty.
