How many agents do you know that would put their own furniture into your home to help stage it? How many agents do you know who would use their own lawn mower to keep your yards looking presentable and clean? How many agents do you know would water your gardens to keep those flowers looking extra bright and inviting to all would be buyers? My guess would be not many, if any at all! Patrick did all of this for us and without even being asked to do so. That is just how much he cared about the sale of our property. Patrick was professional & had constant communication through the sales process for our home. We had challenges around the time of year (pre-Xmas) we put our home initially on the market and were disappointed with the initial sales period. After listing our home for the 2nd time with First National, the market picked up and the home was sold quickly achieving our desired price. Since selling we have been engaging with a number of other agents in the area, not one of them provided the same professionalism, quick communication and expertise Patrick showed during our sales process. Now that we've come across a number of local agents we wouldn't recommend anyone except First National to our friends & family.
