How many agents do you know that would put their own furniture into your home to help stage it? How many agents do you know who would use their own lawn mower to keep your yards looking presentable and clean? How many agents do you know would water your gardens to keep those flowers looking extra bright and inviting to all would be buyers? My guess would be not many, if any at all! Patrick did all of this for us and without even being asked to do so. That is just how much he cared about the sale of our property.
