I can't say enough good things about Patrick. I live interstate and when I first met Patrick he said he would be there to help practically if I needed it. Everybody says that. BUT, Patrick was there every step of the way! He even popped in when he knew we were working on hot days to offer cold water, he met tradesmen when I wasn't in town and he was a huge support to my sister and me. He made the sale easier than it should have been and got a good price in a tough market.
