What impressed me the most was that the price range he suggested on day one was almost exactly where the property ended up selling, which really showed how well he understands the local market. Throughout the entire process Patrick was incredibly responsive, always happy to answer questions and guide us through each step. His communication was great, and he made what can be a stressful process feel very straightforward and well managed. On top of being very professional, Patrick is also just a genuinely nice guy.
