We had 3 weekends of open days and attracted 31 different parties, with a number doing 2nd, 3rd and even a 4th viewing before auction day and on auction day we had 4 registered buyers, ultimately achieving a great result for us. Don’t be fooled by the larger real estate companies claiming they have a network and can reach more buyers, Real Estate.com etc have levelled that playing field and it comes down purely to the individual agent. Our results alone prove that point.
