Our block of land out of the metro area, was sold within days at a higher price than we expected. Patrick then went on to conduct a very smooth auction campaign for our Eastern suburb's property, which sold for our listed price soon after auction in a very uncertain market. The process of purchasing the property was easy and straight forward. Patrick was approachable and communicative throughout the open inspections, making my offer to the vendors and through each stage of the purchase.
