Patrick's in-depth market knowledge led him and me to quickly come to agreement as to a realistic market value of my unit considering its location, age, size and the renovations I had planned to do. This gave me confidence that I was not overcapitalising. The time between the first showing of the unit and the day of action was 3 weeks which meant that the marketing plan had to be focused. Patrick executed the marketing plan with professionalism resulting in a offer being made and accepted after two weeks of showing. The offer was above the expected value.
